Summary

Pool and lanai areas get a lot of use in Southwest Florida, and regular upkeep is the only way to keep these outdoor spaces looking fresh. One property needed a cleaning plan that would keep their lanai and pool deck spotless for relaxing days or entertaining guests.

The Work

Treated surfaces for mold and mildew to slow regrowth
De-cobwebbed ceilings, corners, and screened areas on every visit
Wiped down outdoor furniture, countertops, and lighting fixtures
Cleaned sliding glass doors and entry doors
Cleared loose debris and washed all walking surfaces twice monthly

The Outcome

The lanai and pool area now stay guest-ready all season. Surfaces are free of buildup and mildew, with furniture and floors looking clean and inviting. Regular service keeps outdoor living spaces comfortable and hassle-free. If you want to keep your lanai in top shape, let’s talk about a cleaning plan that fits your schedule.
