Given the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we want to reassure our clients of a couple of things regarding the operation of our business.

Our staff is able to continue working, given that responsibilities can be performed within proper social distancing guidelines. 95% of our team operates in a team of 1, so we aim to continue to work our regular schedules. Our employees will be allowed to work, given that they are healthy and have not come in contact with anyone carrying the COVID-19 virus.

We ask that our customers allow us to do our jobs so that our workforce can remain employed.

Our office will be in a staggered schedule so that the number of individuals in the office at one time is as limited as possible. Our goal is to remain under 7 people in the office at one time, and we will be practicing social distancing there as well.

For indoor residential work, such as carpet and tile cleaning, we are connecting with individual customers to determine if our staff is able to do their job in a healthy environment. The health and wellbeing of our staff will always come first. Therefore, we ask each of our customers to keep a 10’ distance from our staff members, to ensure that everyone remains as healthy as possible during this time.
