Skip Greenaway
Skip GreenawayChairman

Albert “Skip” Greenaway is currently Chairman of Green & Clean. Skip brings more than 45 years of ownership, leadership, and business management experience to Green & Clean. He has held positions of Owner, President, CEO, and Board Member of both Public and Private Corporations. A major part of his career included running many Family businesses. Presently Skip is also Chairman Emeritus of EAGLE Certification Group out of Dayton, Ohio.
Skip began his career in the Banking Industry that has sustained his belief in the need to run a profitable organization. After Banking, his uncle asked him to join the family business in the 70’s where he helped grow a $2 million business that employed 10 people to over $100 million and employed over 300. His entrepreneurial drive has allowed him to buy and sell over 20 businesses, and led to him being a finalist in Ernst & Youngs Entrepreneurial of the Year in the 90’s. His belief that both commitments to quality and your people resulted in being honored six years in a row as the top supplier to Gordon Food Service out of Grand Rapids Michigan. This helped him become the first meat manufacturer in the United States to become ISO 9002 Certified in 1996. Chairman of G&C, Skip has a strategic role using his vast knowledge and experience in many businesses to help support the young leadership group that is taking Green & Clean to the next level! Mr. Greenaway has a Master of Science from Purdue University in Industrial Administration.

Keith Greenaway
Keith GreenawayCEO

Keith Greenaway started the first for-profit laboratory accreditation body in 2002 to achieve international recognition under the auspices of the World Trade Organization before selling his business to ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) in 2007.

At ANAB, Mr. Greenaway, went on to lead the third largest accreditation body in the world as it’s acting President and Chief Operating Officer before being sold to the American National Standards Institute in 2018, acquiring several competitors throughout his years at ANAB.

Mr. Greenaway has expertise in mergers and acquisitions and has negotiated policies that affect global trade with more than 60 different economies. His experience has touched numerous industries including aerospace, automotive, food, environment, forensics, construction materials, medical and many more. Mr. Greenaway has served on various domestic and international Board of Directors, including advisory panels to various U.S. federal agencies.

He currently resides in Naples, FL with his wife and four children.

Sam Burnett
Sam BurnettPresident & COO

Sam Burnett originally founded Green & Clean in 2008, and currently serves as its President/COO. Prior to this, he spent 10 years in private banking as a Sr. Vice President.

His focus throughout his career has been on developing financially sound operational processes that can be both easily duplicated and implemented. He has always believed that process development is a group effort and enjoys leading and relying on the input from responsible teams to both create and improve company processes.

Sam has been a Lee County resident for over 15 years, and currently resides in South Fort Myers with his wife and two children. He enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Joe Ariola
Joe AriolaExec. VP, Business Dev.

Joe Ariola is Executive Vice President of Green & Clean and Renfroe & Jackson. Joe joined the Green & Clean team as a partner in 2015 with 20 years of experience working in the commercial banking industry.

His degrees in Business Management and Economics along with his banking experience with GE Capital and Key Bank allowed him to evolve with his leadership, sales strategy, business management & acquisitions skills. Joe has received the 40 Under 40 Honor while maintaining his certification as a Financial Planner, Certified Pool Operator and retaining his licenses as a Realtor and in Pool Repair and Renovation.

While pursuing his life’s passion in the entrepreneurial industry, Joe is most proud to be raising 4 awesome kids and giving back to the local community.

Darvin Jackson
Darvin JacksonVice President

In 1998, Darvin Jackson partnered with Ned Renfroe and formed Renfroe & Jackson, Inc. Together they grew a small landscape business with just eight employees into a $10 million+ company that now has over 100 employees.

Mr. Jackson built Renfroe & Jackson into a full-service landscape business that offers landscape installation, irrigation, outdoor lighting, full-service landscape maintenance, nursery and tree service, and pest/fertilization with a focus on quality and service. Mr. Jackson retains ownership within the new entity Green & Clean Landscape Group d/b/a Renfroe & Jackson. Besides landscaping, Mr. Jackson has a passion for baseball/pitching and has been a volunteer coach and Manager at the local little leagues and high schools for over 20 years.

Darvin resides in Naples, FL, and has been married for 32 years to his beautiful wife Jackie and have 4 children, two of which currently work for Renfroe & Jackson.

Ryan Thompson
Ryan ThompsonVP of Operations

Ryan Thompson is the Vice President of Operations. He became part of the Green & Clean family in 2012 after a career in mortgage lending. Ryan began his career here as a cleaning technician and was promoted multiple times as a Quality Manager in 2013 and Lead Quality Manager in 2016.

Ryan’s success in leadership has led him to be promoted in 2019 as an Operations Manager. In this role, he’s led HOA & Commercial Janitorial and Project Cleaning Departments to withstand Green & Clean’s high quality standards. His leadership, organization, and finance background allowed him to be promoted as Vice President of Operations in 2022.

As a proud father of two kids and a dedicated husband, Ryan is known as a “Dance Dad” and is committed to coaching soccer and volunteering in the community.
