Individualized Cleaning Systems
Every community is different, and not all buildings were built with "ease of cleaning" in mind! A recent challenge: A ten story condominium with screened in breezeways and no water source on any of the floors. The facility needed their floors scrubbed and screens washed on a regular basis. We purchased the appropriate autoscrubber to clean the floors, and built a self contained pressure washer to wash the screens and frames. Our uniformed staff now maintain all aspects of cleaning for the association because of the turnaround that occurred.

We deliver quality service with friendly staff dressed in uniformed polo shirts and khakis. Image is not everything, but when our duty is to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a community, the way we present ourself is a reflection of how we do our job. Our 24 hour customer service line is always open because residential communities don't close at 5:00! We have systems in place to accomodate any emergencies and to resolve issues when they do arise. Our communication with management companies and associations keeps all parties informed of our service.
